توضح هذه السياسة كيف يتعامل نظام DM Super POS («النظام») — المكون من منصة الويب لأصحاب المتاجر وتطبيق Android لنقطة البيع — مع البيانات التي تُنشئها أو تُدخلها.
1) المسؤول عن البيانات
مالك الحساب (صاحب المتجر) هو المتحكم في بيانات متجره وعمله وعماله. تُدار الحساب والبنية التقنية بواسطة تشغيل النظام، ويمكن التواصل للطلبات التقنية عبر بيانات الاتصال أدناه.
2) البيانات التي يعالجها النظام
- حساب المالك: الاسم، البريد الإلكتروني (هوية الدخول — غير قابل للتعديل بعد الإنشاء)، رقم الهاتف، العنوان، وكلمة مرور مُجزّأة (bcrypt) لا يراها أحد — حتى إدارة النظام.
- المتاجر: اسم المتجر وبريده وهاتفه وعنوانه وعملته وساعات العمل.
- حسابات العمال: يُنشئها المالك (الاسم، البريد، الهاتف الاختياري، كلمة مرور مُجزّأة) مع صلاحيات محددة. العامل يظهر بياناته لصاحبه فقط.
- بيانات العمل: المنتجات والفئات والعملاء والموردون والمصروفات والفواتير وأسطرها، ونتائج التقارير المحسوبة منها.
- بيانات أمنية: سجل محاولات الدخول (البريد/الشبكة/الوقت/النجاح) لحدود المعدل ومنع الإغراق، وسجل رموز استعادة كلمات المرور.
3) الأساس الوظيفي للمعالجة
تُعالج البيانات لتشغيل الخدمة فقط: إنشاء الحسابات، تسجيل الدخول، تشغيل نقطة البيع، حساب التقارير، وإدارة الفريق. لا يبيع النظام بياناتك ولا يستخدمها إعلانيًا ولا يشاركها مع أطراف ثالثة لأغراض تسويقية.
4) الجلسات والتخزين على جهازك
يستخدم موقع الويب localStorage في متصفحك لحفظ: رمز الجلسة (JWT)، معرّف المتجر الفعّال، بيانات العرض (الاسم/العملة)، وتفضيلاتك (اللغة والمظهر). هذه القيم تبقى على جهازك وتُرسل مع كل طلب لمصادقة هويتك. تسجيل الخروج يحذفها. التطبيق يحفظ ما يماثلها في تفضيلات النظام.
5) البريد الإلكتروني
يُستخدم بريدك لإشعار واحد عمليًا: رمز استعادة كلمة المرور عند طلبك (صالح ساعة واحدة). لا قوائم بريدية ولا رسائل تسويقية.
6) مدة الاحتفاظ
- بيانات العمل: طوال نشاط الحساب، وتُحذف بطلبات الحذف (انظر صفحة حذف الحساب).
- سجل محاولات الدخول: احتفاظ تشغيلي محدود لإدارة حدود المعدل.
- رموز الاستعادة: تُبطَل عند الاستخدام أو بعد ساعة.
7) الأمان
جلسات موقّعة (JWT) بصلاحية زمنية، تحقق صلاحيات على الخادم في كل طلب، عزل بيانات كل مالك، كلمات مرور مُجزّأة، وحدود معدل على محاولات الدخول والتسجيل والاستعادة. راجع صفحة الأمان للإفصاح المسؤول.
8) حقوقك
يمكنك كمالك: الوصول إلى بياناتك من النظام نفسه وتصديرها، تصحيحها من صفحات الإدارة، وحذف حسابك وبياناتك. راجع صفحة «حقوق أصحاب البيانات» لآلية الطلبات.
9) الإطار القانوني
يُراعى في معالجة البيانات الشخصية قانون حماية البيانات الشخصية المصري رقم 151 لسنة 2020 ولائحته التنفيذية رقم 816 لسنة 2025. وصفًا للالتزام لا ادعاءً: لم يخضع هذا النص لمراجعة قانونية مختصة بعد.
تنبيه: هذه السياسة وثيقة تشغيلية أولية وتحتاج مراجعة قانونية بشرية مختصة قبل الاعتماد النهائي.

Privacy Policy

This policy explains how DM Super POS (the “System”) — an owner web platform plus an Android point-of-sale app — handles the data you create or enter.
1) Data responsibility
The account owner (store owner) controls their store, business and workers data. The account and technical infrastructure are operated by the System operator, contactable via the details below for technical requests.
2) Data the System processes
- Owner account: name, email (sign-in identity — locked after creation), phone, address, and a bcrypt-hashed password nobody can read — including operators.
- Stores: store name, email, phone, address, currency and working hours.
- Worker accounts: created by the owner (name, email, optional phone, hashed password) with specific permissions. Workers are visible to their owner only.
- Business data: products, categories, customers, suppliers, expenses, invoices and their lines, and the reports computed from them.
- Security data: sign-in attempt log (email/network/time/outcome) for rate limiting, and password-reset code records.
3) Purpose of processing
Data is processed solely to run the service: account creation, sign-in, operating the point of sale, computing reports, and team management. The System does not sell your data, does not use it for advertising, and does not share it with third parties for marketing.
4) Sessions & on-device storage
The website uses your browser’s localStorage to keep: the session token (JWT), the active store id, display data (name/currency), and your preferences (language, theme). These values stay on your device and are sent with each request to authenticate you. Signing out removes them. The app keeps equivalents in system preferences.
5) Email
Your email is used for exactly one operational message: a password-recovery code when you request it (valid for one hour). No mailing lists, no marketing.
6) Retention
- Business data: while the account is active, and deleted upon deletion requests (see Account Deletion).
- Sign-in attempt log: limited operational retention for rate limiting.
- Recovery codes: invalidated on use or after one hour.
7) Security
Signed (JWT) sessions with a lifetime, server-side permission checks on every request, per-owner data isolation, hashed passwords, and rate limits on sign-in, sign-up and recovery attempts. See the Security page for responsible disclosure.
8) Your rights
As an owner you can: access your data from the System itself and export it, correct it from the management pages, and delete your account and data. See “Data Subject Rights” for the request channel.
9) Legal framework
Personal data processing takes into account Egypt’s Personal Data Protection Law No. 151 of 2020 and its Executive Regulations No. 816 of 2025. Described as a commitment, not a claim: this text has not yet undergone professional legal review.
Notice: this policy is an initial operational document and requires qualified human legal review before final adoption.
